At last Raj Thackeray arrested

At last Maharashtra Navnirman Sena supremo Raj Thackeray was arrested in Ratnagiri late on Monday night. He is being brought to Mumbai and is likely to be produced in Bandra court at about 1100 hrs IST. Police have charged Raj with rioting in Kherwadi in Mumbai and a case has been registered in the Bandra police station.He has been charged under Section 153 (provocation with intent to cause riot), Section 353 (Assault or use of criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty) and Section 427 (Mischief, and thereby causing damage to the amount of Rs 50 and upwards) of the Indian penal Code.While the first and the last are bailable offence, the second is a non-bailable offence.Police are also on a high alert in Mumbai to prevent any backlash from his supporters. But despite the heavy police presence in Mumbai, some taxis belonging to North Indians were damaged by MNS activists though no one was injured in the attack.

Angelina Jolie, who recently gave birth to twins, and partner Brad Pitt , are planning to extend their brood.However, Jolie says that she and Pitt will wait until their twins turn six months old in January before adding to the family.In a recent TV interview on show Today, the Tomb Raider star confirmed that she and hubby Brad Pitt are planning to adopt their seventh child.'It depends, you can't even start the process until any new children are six months old to understand how the new family has settled, and to see what you can absorb... I think that's a smart thing,' the Telegraph quoted Jolie, as saying. She added that the other children were unfazed by their rapidly expanding family: 'We have so many children that they are not really stunned any more when kids come home.' The couple have three adopted children: Maddox, seven, from Cambodia, Pax, four, from Vietnam and Zahara, three, from Ethiopia. They also have two-year-old biological daughter, Shiloh, while twins Vivienne and Knox arrived in July.

The actress has been known for her fashion presence even in the fashion fraternity and looks forward to sharing her trend sense with her fans through the site.

Monica Bedi returned to Bigg Boss house

Monica Bedi is once again in news. Gangster Abu Salem has served a legal notice on the former actress. He says that he is deeply hurt after Monica denied their marriage. Monica is also returning in Bigg Boss house this week.
Monica, in several interviews including TV reality show Bigg Boss, claimed she never married Salem. But Salem, in the notice, maintains that the duo got married in a Mosque at Los Angeles in November 2000.
Meanwhile, Monica is slated to enter the Bigg Boss house yet again with the wild card entry system.
She who was extradited along with gangster Abu Salem from Portugal in 2005 and lodged in jail in a fake passport case, participated on the show to "start life afresh".
Monica had entered the Bigg Boss house along with 13 other participants, mostly celebrities. The participants have to spend three months closeted in a house sans any communication with the outside world. The winner of the show gets to walk away with a cash prize of Rs 750,000.
