The sexiest lingerie model
The 34-year-old stunner piped singer Kylie Minogue, 40, to claim the crown of the top Agent Provocateur model of all time. Third place in the poll was taken by Dita Von Teese, 35, who was recently voted the world’s sexiest Wonderbra babe. Explaining Kate’s victory, the survey stated: “In the four films starring Kate, we are given dream sequences that invite us to imagine how we might fulfil her desires.” “The dreams are beautifully crafted fantasies, each with an eerie atmosphere that brings us into a serene la-la land where we feel free to imagine pleasing Kate,” The Daily Star quoted the statement, as adding. In fourth spot is model Alice Dellal, 20 – who will soon be seen in a new photoshoot and film promo for the lingerie firm. Alice is followed by Lily Cole, 20, who caught the eye of those surveyed by recently walking down a catwalk with other Agent Provocateur models carrying whips and chains. Sixth spot is taken by Catherine Bailey, 46, the firm’s oldest model. Model Daisy Lowe, 19, actress Maggie Gyllenhaal, 30, Aussie Tiah Eckhardt and French fancy Vahina Giocante, 27, rounded off the top 10 list.

Madonna and her Loan?
Madonna was sued by financier Jay Dykes Jr. who alleges that she has failed to repay a loan of over $400,000 that she took to make a movie in 2006. According to the suit filed in Louisiana, Madonna, her manager Guy Oseary and their Maverick Motion Pictures company took a loan from Jay Dykes Jr., of Dykes and Dykes LLC, to make the movie "Material Girls", starring pop stars Hilary and Haylie Duff. Dykes also alleges he was never given the co-producer credit he claims to have purchased with the loan, contactmusic.com reports. Meanwhile Madonna, who is on her Sticky and Sweet world tour, got an additional member on her entourage, medical doctor Steven Margolin. An insider said: "It's (tour) going to be very draining, and she needs him around to aid her in her recovery time after each show. She'll have daily massages to relax her." Deepika wii be the Kapoor bahu?
Deepika Padukone and Ranbir Kapoor’s relationship is no news. However, it looks as if Deepika’s girlfriend status is soon going to be replaced with that of the Kapoors’ daughter-in-law. Buzz is that Ranbir’s father, Rishi Kapoor is keen on addressing the beauty as his ‘bahu’. Just a few months back, the Kapoor lad’s mother, Neetu Singh had announced to the media that Deepika is just his friend and nothing more than that. So is there a disagreement within the family itself?
If one goes by what Neetu had to say at a recent social gathering, perhaps, there are no differences after all. The graceful Neetu, gave one of her bewitching smiles, and said, “She’s his girlfriend but beyond that I really don’t know… I am totally in for whatever makes Ranbir happy.” As for the girlfriend, she chose to give a very starry, ‘no comments’ response. Looks like, Bollywood is fast catching up with this lass from the ramp. Just two films old and the model-turned-actress is already making waves. Deepika recently topped the LG Maxim World Hot 100 list as well. As for doing any hot roles post her winning the title, she says, “There are no such roles at the moment. However, in Chandni Chowk To China, I am playing double role and one of the characters has a lot of action to showcase. That is a very sexy character.” Here is one actress who has her professional as well as personal life going great. Yet, according to her, she has no difficulty concentrating on her career with her love life being the talk of the town.

Jade broke down
Talking exclusively to The Sun, Jade broke down admitting: "I am fighting for my life."
She is now interested in her children's future. She is preparing herself to tell Bobbie, 5, and Freddie, 3, of her health.
"Bizarrely, I want to take the boys to a third world country to make them appreciate what they have. I'd like them to see how lucky they are to have so much compared to some. I'm so desperate to see them but I know I won't be able to stop the tears flowing and they are both sensitive little boys and it will only distress them."
She wants to battle the disease if that's the last thing she does: "At the end of the day I am going to bloody beat this thing because I've got two amazing kids to live for. And there's no way I'm gonna let them down."
Jade cancelled her India visit, where she was to appear on actress Shilpa Shetty's Big Boss show, after she was told she had cancer. A large tumour in her womb may have spread to her blood stream - putting major organs such as her liver and kidneys at risk. She will undergo a hysterectomy next week.
She recalled the moment in Mumbai when she received a telephone from her doctor. "The blood drained from me as my doctor said, 'We have looked again at your biopsy, and there are severe abnormalities. You need to fly home immediately'.
“I looked at the phone in disbelief as he said, 'You have cancer, Jade, it's real and it's serious'. I collapsed to the floor, thinking, 'My boys. Oh my God, I'm going to die'."
Her consultant, Dr. Ann Coxon, said: "She has serious second stage cancer and needs surgery as soon as possible. The cancer is in an advanced stage and was diagnosed in the nick of time. The bottom line is, if she'd stayed in India for the next three months, she wouldn't be here."
Jade shockingly revealed that four previous tests to detect cervical cancer revealed pre-cancerous cells in her womb - but she was given the all-clear. "Always the medics told me there was nothing to worry about. I feared I was becoming a hypochondriac."
But then three weeks ago Jade collapsed at home. Paramedics rushed the star to Princess Alexandra Hospital in Essex, where she stayed almost a week.
Jade recalled: "The doctors still insisted they couldn't find anything wrong with me, so I insisted on an ultrasound scan. But nothing showed up. I just got on with my life. I thought about cancelling the Big Brother India trip. But they had offered me £100,000, which will go towards bringing up my kids. People think I'm a multi-millionaire from telly, which couldn't be further from the truth."

Niketa Mehta’s abortion case
Barely eight days after the Bombay High Court gave its ruling on an appeal that had the country divided into two sides, Niketa Mehta, who sought to abort her 25-week-old-foetus has suffered a miscarriage. According to her husband Haresh Mehta, Niketa suffered a miscarriage on August 12. 27 weeks pregnant Niketa was rushed to a hospital in suburban Mumbai after complaining of severe pain on Tuesday night. Confirming that his wife Niketa had a miscarriage on Tuesday, Haresh Mehta said, "If not the court, at least god was on our side." Niketa's husband has blamed intense media pressure for his wife's high blood pressure and increased stress level which led to the miscarriage. Niketa's appeal caught the nation's imagination after she sought to terminate her 25-week-old foetus, after medical reports that her child would be born with a complete congenital heart blockage and malpositioned arteries. The report had claimed that the child would have required a pacemaker soon after birth. The couple had approached the court as the Pregnancy Act of 71 prevented termination of pregnancy after 20 weeks. On August 4, the court turned down Mehtas plea. The court had also said that medical evidence did not suggest that the foetus needed to be aborted.

Today US stocks end with loss
U S Wall Street ended an erratic day Wednesday with a lopsided loss, as blue chip stocks bore the brunt of investors' concerns over the health of the financial sector. The Dow Jones industrials fell more than 100 points, but the other major indexes finished with single-digit losses. High-tech and small-capitalization stocks fared better than the broader market, proof that investors were wary and choosy. The market started the day disappointed by the government's retail sales report, and a jump in oil prices further dampened the mood. With many investors on vacation, and therefore fewer people trading, price moves were exaggerated. ``We're in that part of the summer where volume tends to be light, conviction tends to be minimal,'' said Joseph V. Battipaglia, chief investment officer at Ryan Beck & Co. The Dow fell 109.51, or 0.94 percent, to 11,532.96 after falling more than 150 points earlier in the session and just under 140 points on Tuesday. The Standard & Poor's 500 index slipped 3.76, or 0.29 percent, to 1,285.83, while the Nasdaq composite index fell 1.99, or 0.08 percent, to 2,428.62. The Commerce Department said retail sales slipped 0.1 percent as rising prices helped offset the effect of economic stimulus payments to U.S. households. Excluding a big drop in sales of automobiles, retail sales rose 0.4 percent. But even on that basis it was the weakest showing in five months. Wall Street had expected sales to remain flat after a minor increase in June. The report followed a warning from department store bellwether Macy's Inc. that its full-year profits would fall short of expectations because of slower sales. The advance in oil prices also tinged investor sentiment. Light, sweet crude rose $2.99 to $116 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange after the government said U.S. crude supplies fell unexpectedly last week. Thatz it!

Paes-Bhupathi won first round
Leander Paes and Mahesh Bhupathi put behind their frosty relation and recreated the old magic to sail into the second round of the men's doubles event of the Beijing Olympics on Tuesday. It took a lot to make them play together but once they walked out in the court, Paes and Bhupathi were their usual self as the 'Indian Express' duo tamed the French scratch pair of Gael Monfils and Gilles Simon 6-3, 6-3 in less than an hour to breeze into the second round. The seventh seeded Indians now meet the Brazilian pair of Marcelo Melo and Sa Andre, who upstaged the Czech pair of Tomas Berdych and Radek Stepanek 5-7, 6-2, 8-6 in a gruelling first round match at the Olympic Green Tennis Centre. Despite not playing together enough in recent past, there was no
real rust in their play as Paes and Bhupathi played clinical tennis against their French rivals to chalk out a rather facile opening round victory. After the first three games went with the serve, India broke France to go 3-1 up and maintained the lead with Bhupathi serving out for the set. The second round saw both the pairs levelled at 3-3 when the Indians again broke Monfils and Simon to go 4-3 up and Paes held his serve to make it 5-3. In the ninth game again, the Indians grabbed the opportunity that came their way to inch close to the win. Monfils knocked one wide, while Simon's return was buried in the net and Paes then sealed the set and match with a scorcher of a backhand return that rifled past a baffled Monfils. Paes later said though it seemed an easy outing, they had to fight hard. "The scoreline may suggest it otherwise but I think it was not that easy. Anyway, I'm happy with the way we played but we need to raise our game in the next round," he said. "We played solid tennis and I'm really happy to start on the right note," he said.

Abhinav Bindra wins 1st Gold Medal for India
The 1st Gold Medal for India
The final shot from Abhinav Bindra's rifle may not have been heard outside the packed hall in the Beijing Shooting Range Complex on Monday morning. But its bang was loud enough to lift the spirit of a billion-plus Indians back home.
No individual gold has mattered so much to so many people in the history of Olympics. It was a medal for Abhinav; it was redemption for India. Never again will anyone be able to point a smug, sardonic finger and say: "No Indian is good enough to win an individual Olympic gold."
Hockey's eight gold medals notwithstanding, the last coming 28 years ago, this is the first time that an Indian has won an individual gold since modern Olympics started in 1896. There is no greater joy than listening to the sound of the national anthem on the world's biggest stage.
The global media looked bemused as grown-up Indians danced like little children, shedding tears of joy. How can they understand?
The joy was also spurred by the improbable nature of the triumph. The script of the men's 10m air rifle final might have been penned by Alfred Hitchcock himself. Bindra, who qualified for the final in the morning with the fourth-best score of 596, looked calm and assured when the call for the first shot came.
The first shot - 10.7. He started with a bang and that set the tone for the 10-shot final. He followed it up with a 10.3. After the third shot, a 10.4, he had moved from No. 3 to No. 2. Then, Bindra slowly ate into the lead of Finland's Henri Hakkinen and went ahead after the seventh shot with 10.6.
Hakkinen caught up with him after the ninth shot, and with one shot to go, the Indian and the Finn were tied at 689.7 points.
There was a hushed silence inside the hall. The suspense was unbearable. It's in such situations that champions show their mettle. And Bindra showed nerves of steel. He fired first, an amazing 10.8 for a total of 700.5. Home favourite and defending champion Zhu Qinan shot a 10.5 and Hakkinen simply withered under pressure, managing only 9.7. Bindra finally smiled, but barely.
He turned back and went up to hug his Swiss coach Gaby Buehlmann, with whom he trained for months in Germany, away from the intrusive home media. After the medals' ceremony, Bindra was mobbed by journalists, several of them from Finland and China.
"How does it feel Mr Bindra?" "Hard to describe it... it's the thrill of my life," he said, still looking calm as a monk. "The final shot was perfect. I just went for it. I was aggressive. It went my way. I'm lucky," he added in a matter-of-fact tone.
Will this not change his life? "My life will go on. I hope it changes the face of Olympic sports in the country," he said.
This is the fifth individual Olympic medal for India. Khashaba Dadasaheb Jadhav won the first, a bronze in wrestling at the Helsinki Games in 1952. After a long gap, Leander Paes won the tennis bronze in Atlanta Games in 1996. Then, Karnam Malleswari won a weightlifting bronze in 2000 in Sydney and Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore raised the bar, winning a silver in Athens in 2004.

Phelps breaks world record in winning 400 medley gold
Saina in second round
Saina Nehwal used the atmosphere she described as 'electrifying' to propel herself to a comfortable win in the first round of the Women's singles badminton competition on Saturday. The 18-year-old Saina thrashed Russian Ella Karachkova 21-9, 21-8 in just 28 minutes to move into the round of 32 where she meets Gryga Larysa. Larysa beat Agnes Allegrini 21-15, 21-11 in another match. "I found the Olympic atmosphere electrifying and enjoyed it thoroughly. I had a comfortable time and did not have to exert myself or use too much of smashes. I relied on the drop shots and they worked well enough," said Nehwal, who could run into China's fourth seed Wang Chen in the round of 16. The Indian star has been training with former All England champion Pullela Gopichand. She dominated the match from the start and ran up huge leads early in both games and then built on them to wrap up the match. Saina, a good all-round player, kept her opponent pinned to the back court and then effectively dropped the shuttle dead right in front. The long rallies also helped her get used to the atmosphere, which could be pressure filled as and when she comes across a local Chinese player. She also attacked Karachkova's serve and gave her no room to find her feet in the match. On Sunday, India's men's entry, Anup Sridhar, the World No. 29 will begin his campaign against Marco Vasconcelos of Portugal. In other matches, world No. 11 Park Sunghwan of the Republic of Korea, the winner of the 2008 Badminton Asia Championships, will compete against Canada's Andrew Dabeka. The women's singles round of 32 will see matches with the big favourites in action. Most of them had byes in the first round. Eight of the world's top 10 have qualified for the Beijing Olympics and all of them will join the competition on Sunday. World No. 1 Xie Xingfang of China, also the tournament's top seed, will meet World No. 25 Cheng Shao-Chieh from Chinese Taipei. World No. 2 Lu Lan, also a Chinese player, will compete with Karen Foo Kune of Mauritius. France's Pi Hongyan, who ranks fifth in the world, will face Claudia Rivero of Peru, while World No. 4 Denmark's Tine Rasmussen will meet Akvile Stapusaityte from Lithuania. World No. 6 Wang Chen from Hong Kong will play Eva Sladekova of Slovakia.

`Singh is Kinng` collects Rs 8 crore on day one!
Anees Bazmee ‘Singh is Kinng’, released this Friday, is doing wonders at the Box Office. According to reports, the collections are amazing and totalled to Rs 8 crores on day one and the weekend collections are expected to be around Rs 28 to Rs 30 crores. Bollywood sighs with relief as Akshay Kumar-Katrina Kaif starrer ‘Singh is Kinng’, is all set to do amazing business at the Box Office. Till date, SRK-Deepika starrer ‘Om Shanti Om’ has earned the highest first week collections of Rs 37 crores while the modest projections for the first week collections of ‘Singh is Kinng’ is put at Rs 45 crores. The film is on its way to make a new box office record! The story of the film goes like this - Lakhan Singh aka Lucky (Sonu Sood) is the 'king' of the Australian underworld. He functions with the help of his associates - Javed Jaffrey, Neha Dhupia, Manoj Pahwa, Yashpal Sharma, Kamal Chopra and Sudhanshu Pande. Far away, in Lucky's village in Punjab lives someone more notorious than him - Happy Singh (Akshay Kumar). The villagers are fed up of Happy, the good samaritan, because most of his good deeds turn into hilarious, and often disastrous situations. Out of desperation, they decide to send him to Australia to bring Lucky back to Punjab. The happy-go-lucky bumpkin, taking his mission a bit too seriously, embarks on his journey accompanied by his friend, Tony Singh (Om Puri). The high point of his journey is his chance meeting with Sonia (Katrina Kaif) with whom he falls in love. But when he reaches his destination, things take a turn and Happy lands up in a series of comic misadventures, leaving him penniless. An affectionate elderly lady (Kirron Kher) rescues him and also helps him meet
Lucky. Happy saves Lucky's life by risking his own. Following the hilarious altercation, Lucky lands up in hospital paralysed, and Happy, unexpectedly, finds the tables turned on him when he is expected to assume the role of the new leader of the gang. The series of chaotic and comic misunderstandings eventually results in an accidental wedding! The film's USP is Akshay and Katrina Kaif, who teamed up in two of last year's biggest hits - "Namastey London" and "Welcome". Shot in Punjab, Australia and Egypt, the film's music is already doing well. American rapper Snoop Dogg features in the movie wearing a turban. Apart from Pritam Chakraborty, Britain's popular bhangra band RDB has also composed a song for the film. The Box Office reports are reinstating the fact that Akshay ‘Khiladi’ Kumar, is truly turning out to be the ‘Kinng’ of filmdom!
Can cycling improve your sexlife?
Results of the study may be potentially useful for the five million recreational cyclists to alleviate perineal discomfort and maintain sexual health. Ninety bicycling policemen from five metropolitan regions in the US using traditional seats were evaluated prior to changing them and again six months after the switchover to noseless seats. Use of noseless seats resulted in a reduction in saddle contact pressure in the perineal region. There was a significant improvement in penile tactile sensation. The percentage of policemen who indicated they had not experienced genital numbness while cycling for the preceding six months rose from 27 percent to 82, using no-nose seats. Their use also resulted in significant increases in erectile function as assessed by the initial evaluation. But there were no significant changes noted in Rigiscan measures, a method used to record penile rigidity while the subject sleeps. With few exceptions, bicycle policemen were able to effectively use no-nose seats and 97 percent of men completing the study continued to use the no-nose saddle afterward. Steven Schrader of the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health in Cincinnati, co-author of the study, stated: "No-nose saddles are a useful intervention for bicycling policemen alleviating pressure to the groin and improving penis health.Different seat designs may require some re-learning of 'how to ride a bicycle', but the health benefits of having unrestricted vascular flow to and from the penis and less penile numbness is self-evident." Irwin Goldstein, director, Sexual Medicine, Alvarado Hospital, San Diego, wrote in an editorial that "for the first time, we have a prospective study of healthy policemen. Not only did their sensation improve, their erectile function also improved. "Changing saddles changed physiology. This is a landmark study for our field that is important for future riders, and modification of lifestyle showing improvement without any active treatment."

Kareena is definitely the most wanted girl
Sensuous-sexy-sultry Kareena Kapoor and her stardom are beyond limits. After the super success of Jab We Met and her super-glam look in Tashan, Kareena has become hot property for both Bollywood and Hollywood. There was a buzz couple of days back about Kareena signing a Hollywood project but Kareena’s spokesperson denied stories about her doing a Hollywood film.Apparently, during the shoot of Kambakht Ishq, Kareena was in talks with Hollywood production houses. “It is true that Kareena was offered a role in Chamera which is to be directed by Daniel Silverman but she has not signed on the dotted lines, ” said her spokesperson. So is Kareena doing any Hollywood film at all? “Kareena is busy for the next one and a half year with her commitments in Bollywood. Until then she isn’t doing any international film. Besides Chamera, Kareena was also offered two other Hollywood films which I cannot divulge much into.” Kareena is definitely the most wanted actress currently. Surely, her lucky streak is on. Way to go Kareena!
Katrina solves Salman-Shahrukh spat
Days have gone by since the news of the spat between Salman Khan and Shahrukh Khan broke out. No ugly incident took place again. So, who solved the problem? Katrina Kaif. How did she solve the whole issue? By saying nothing.Well, journalists have the habit of creating a mountain out of a mole hill. They blow things out of proportion if the individuals involved in the rumour react and speak out. The controversy on Salman-Shahrukh spat would have turn really ugly if not for the cool attitude of Katrina Kaif. She solved the problem by keeping silent and not speaking to the media about the incident. Now, people have stopped talking about the spat and Katrina is said to be back in Salman's life. All is well that ends well!

Pak Woman scientist caught with Al-Quida personal
One of the most perplexing mysteries in the war on terror returned centerstage on Monday with the announcement by US authorities of the arrest in Kabul of a Pakistani-American woman scientist whose sudden disappearance in 2003 caused many to think she was in American or Pakistani custody and underscored the disturbingly clandestine nature of the war. Aafia Siddiqui, an MIT alumna with a doctorate in neurosciences, and a mother of three children, vanished while on a visit to Karachi nearly five years ago. She was believed to have been taken into custody by Pakistani and/or US intelligence agencies because of her alleged connections to suspected terrorists and some questionable financial transactions. So strong was the belief that she was one of the victims of the covert and spooky US-Pakistani collaboration that her family and friends petitioned courts for her release. There was concern and outrage in the Boston area, where she had long standing academic connections going back to her sophomore years at MIT in 1992. Her work ranged from a paper on "Islamization in Pakistan and its Effects on Women," to articles on the early systems in the Internet to, later, research in Neurosciences at Brandeis University. More recently, there were reports that she was being held in solitary confinement at the Bagram Theater Internment Facility in Afghanistan, where fellow captives were said to have nicknamed her Prisoner No.650 and the "Gray Lady of Bagram." One report said she had lost her sanity and cried all the time. There was no information about her children, two of whom were toddlers when she disappeared and the youngest was only six months old. But on Monday, the FBI announced that Siddique, now 36, was captured in Afghanistan as recently as July 17. The Bureau's version: On July 17, 2008, officers of the Ghazni Province Afghanistan National Police ("ANP") observed Siddiqui outside the Ghazni governor's compound. ANP officers questioned Siddiqui, regarded her as suspicious, and searched her handbag. In it, they found numerous documents describing the creation of explosives, as well as excerpts from the Anarchist's Arsenal. Siddiqui's papers included descriptions of various landmarks in the United States, including in New York City. Siddiqui was also in possession of substances that were sealed in bottles and glass jars, the FBI said. According to the Bureau, on July 18, 2008, a party of United States personnel, including two FBI special agents, a United States Army Warrant Officer, a United States Army Captain, and United States military interpreters, arrived at the Afghan facility where Siddiqui was being held. The personnel entered a second floor meeting room -- unaware that Siddiqui was being held there, unsecured, behind a curtain. The Warrant Officer took a seat and placed his United States Army M-4 rifle on the floor next to the curtain. Shortly after the meeting began, the Captain heard a woman yell from the curtain and, when he turned, saw Siddiqui holding the Warrant Officer's rifle and pointing it directly at the Captain. Siddiqui said, "May the blood of be directly on your ." The interpreter seated closest to Siddiqui lunged at her and pushed the rifle away as Siddiqui pulled the trigger. Siddiqui fired at least two shots but no one was hit. The Warrant Officer returned fire with a 9 mm service pistol and fired approximately two rounds at Siddiqui's torso, hitting her at least once. Despite being shot, Siddiqui struggled with the officers when they tried to subdue her; she struck and kicked them while shouting in English that she wanted to kill Americans. After being subdued, Siddiqui temporarily lost consciousness. The agents and officers then rendered medical aid to Siddiqui. Pak woman scientist with al-Qaida link captured
The FBI said Siddiqui had been brought to New York on Monday evening and will be presented on Tuesday before a Judge in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on charges related to her attempted murder and assault of United States officers and employees in Afghanistan. No word about terrorism-related charges -- or about her three little children who disappeared along with her. But the FBI version has been strongly contested by Siddiqui's family in Pakistan, which insists she has been in custody all along. "After five years of detention, Aafia was suddenly 'discovered' in Afghanistan? I am not that much of a believer in coincidence," her sister, Fauzia Siddiqui told the media in Karachi. Independent rights group The Human Rights Commission of Pakistan in a statement also termed the US claims as lies. "To say that she had been taken into custody only on July 17, 2008 is a blatant lie," it said. "The insinuation, that she had been hiding herself since 2003, is a travesty of truth." Meanwhile, the new civilian government in Pakistan has demanded consular access to Aafia Siddiqui, amid suggestions that the previous military dictatorship actively collaborated with the US in keeping her in custody.

Indian realty market and NRI
While home turf may not look as lucrative to resident Indians in times of a sluggish real estate market, Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) are still betting big on the realty sector. In fact, the NRI contribution to overall residential sales has amounted to approximately 10% of total sales over the past six months. Cities such as Pune, Mumbai, Chandigarh, Gurgaon and Kolkata are drawing the highest number of serious inquiries. What has contributed to the bullish sentiments for the Indian realty sector is the the negative economic patterns reigning across most developed countries. Plus sentimental attachment for one's country of origin and attractive returns from an emerging economy make NRIs turn immediate attention towards India. According to global real estate consultancy Jones Lang LaSalle Meghraj (JLLM), 10% represents a significant growth and indicates that India, despite the economic pressures, is still a desirable country to invest in. "It is no secret that the real estate market will soon permit low entry costs and high returns after the current property cycle is completed. Developers are responding to the demand," says Anuj Puri, chairman and country head, JLLM.

As we know that face is the index of mind, in the same way, we can say that food is the stimulant of sex.
